Cozumel and Isla Mujeres
Cozumel by ferry from the pier at the end of Calle 1. Isla Mujeres is a boat from Cancun.

Cancun airport is forty-five to sixty minutes by road, depending on traffic. A private transfer booked in advance or the ADO coach from the terminal are the easiest to arrange and to price. Tulum airport is about ninety minutes.
