Pool rules

• Open 9 am to 10 pm. No lifeguard on duty; use at your own risk.
• Maximum depth 1.05 m (3.4 ft). No diving.
• Under twelves supervised by an adult. Under twos in a swim diaper.
• Shower first. No sunscreen, body cream, oil or sand in the water.
• No glass anywhere. No food or drink in the water.
• Loungers are not reserved with towels. Use a towel on the lounger.
• Do not move the furniture.
• Music through headphones. No running or shouting.
• Smoking only at the bar, using the ashtray.
• No topless or nude sunbathing. Family building.
• No pets in the pool area.
• The Mirror Pool is not for swimming.

Wristbands

• Guests: a band at check-in, for the whole stay.
• Visitors: a band at the front desk, for the day.
• If it is lost or breaks, the front desk replaces it at no cost.
• Visitors register on arrival and hand the band back when they leave.

Arrival and departure

• The entrance is on Calle 28 Norte, at the beach end.
• The front desk registers every guest.
• Your host sets the check-out time and the key arrangements.
• The front desk can store luggage.
• Garage parking is entered from Calle 26. Limited, and can be full in high season.
• Unload at the Calle 28 entrance and check in first; security assigns your space.
• Street meters are free 10 pm to 10 am. Coins, or the mueveciudad.com app.

What we never publish

• Trash goes to the dumpsters in the parking garage, on your right as you enter.
• The condominium takes no bookings and asks for no deposits.
